Is this service really "free"? |

Yes, this service is absolutely free. eDailyDiary
as a Company nor any of its employees will never ask for your credit
card for any other information from you at any time unless you apply for
paid services in future.
In the event of such unsolicited request the matter should be
promptly notified to the webmaster. |

Is there any age limit for creating
a Diary? |

No, there is no age limit to create your own
Diary. In fact parents should encourage children to write their
diaries. |

How much space do I get as a member? |
| |
Currently you get .5mb (1/2 mb or 524288 bytes) of storage space. This can
accommodate approximately 250 pages (@ 250 words per page). |

Do I have to pay for extra space? If

The
charges for extra space are yet to be decided. Our current members
will get a substantial discount. In any event, the charges would not be
prohibitive. Paid Services are expected to start from October 2003. |

How frequently can I write or update
my Diary? |

You can update the Diary as frequently as you
wish. There is no limitation whatsoever to the frequency of addition
and updates you can do. |

Is this Diary safe? |
| |
Yes. Your Diary is absolutely safe unless you give
out your login information to anybody. |

Will future updates be free too? |
| |
As we have said, every effort will be made to keep
the prices as low as possible. But for the paid members all the upgrades
will be free. Please remember that hours of programming have gone into
creating this application. |

What would be the main differences
between Paid and Unpaid services? |

Main differences will be the advertisements. We
think that if you are a paying member, your account will not carry any
annoying advertisements even in the right pane or any form of banners.
Periodically we may just post a few reminders to let you know of new
enhancements. We stand by our pledge, that there will be no pop-up or
pop-under advertisements (whether paid or unpaid members) at any time.
The members will also be able to set automatic Reminders cleaning,
personalized email sending and a few other extras. |

Will you sell my name and email address to third parties? |

Never! Ripple Soft (the parent company) nor
eDailyDiary, will ever sell your information to any third parties. Still
Ripple Soft does however reserve a right to email or contact you for
promotion of their own websites, or new services that we offer. |
